SINGAPORE – What happens when high-flying actor David Corenswet takes a break from the film set and lands in Singapore for the first time? He discovers that in Singapore, the real thrill is in reaching for the sky, where every experience lifts you above the ordinary.
In a new video filmed in collaboration with the Singapore Tourism Board, Corenswet – known for his leading role in Superman (2025) and upcoming sequel Man of Tomorrow (2027) – embarks on the ultimate "High Life" experience in Singapore. Corenswet takes viewers on a journey from soaring through iFly Singapore's massive wind tunnel with indoor skydiving world champion Kai Minejima-Lee, to scaling the undulating trails of Henderson Waves alongside locals and furry pals while watching Singapore's urban jungle unfold beneath his feet.
Corenswet also found himself greeted by other “high-flyers” such as rainbow-coloured lories and Sally, the beloved Oriental Pied Hornbill at Bird Paradise, one of Asia’s largest bird parks. Beyond heart-pumping thrills and heart-warming encounters, his adventure continued to reach new heights as he found himself perched amongst the treetops of Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree, immersed in the serenity of the glistening Upper Seletar Reservoir. Each experience uplifted him and offered new perspectives of Singapore from different vantage points.
David Corenswet said: “The Grand Prix roared, no doubt, but the real noise came from the fans flooding downtown to cheer on the teams. Felt like all of Singapore was in attendance, not to mention visitors from around the world. Beyond the night race, I tried indoor skydiving— felt pretty good about myself until the world champ spun circles around me. Less than an hour later I was walking above the trees, looking down at skyscrapers tangled in jungle and making friends with a hornbill. It’s a metropolis nestled in a wild, natural landscape. Worth experiencing for yourself.”

Singapore's compact size and seamless connectivity make it easy for visitors to jump from thrilling adventures to peaceful wildlife encounters within easy access. Visitors can move effortlessly between city gardens, heritage trails, and world-class attractions, with fun created on the go.
Tan Yen Nee, Executive Director, Brand, Singapore Tourism Board, said: “We are thrilled to partner David, who showcased Singapore’s ‘high life’ from a completely fresh perspective. This collaboration is all about creating deeper connections with international audiences through authentic storytelling that resonates. The video captures our latest ‘We don’t wait for fun’ campaign spirit, speaking directly to Gen Zs and Millennials, who seek unique and memorable experiences. We hope to give international visitors a glimpse of Singapore’s distinctive offerings and inspire them to come and discover Singapore for themselves.”
