Vice Ganda is back to host another battle where laughing is the one thing contestants cannot afford to do.

Prime Video has released the official trailer for “LOL: Last One Laughing Philippines” Season 2, bringing together 10 comedians for another six-hour test of comedic endurance. The new season premieres October 30 exclusively on Prime Video.

The rules remain simple: make everyone else laugh while keeping a straight face yourself. Contestants can use everything from characters and punchlines to physical comedy, improvisation, and unexpected antics, but even the smallest reaction can have consequences as the pressure builds.

Returning host Vice Ganda will oversee a new group of comedians made up of Long Mejia, Epy Quizon, Candy Pangilinan, Ethel Booba, Pooh, Donna Cariaga, Chariz Solomon, Esnyr, James Caraan, and Charuth. The lineup brings together performers from television, live comedy, stand-up, and social media, setting up a clash of very different comedic styles under one roof.

As the six-hour competition continues, the contestants will have to keep finding new ways to break one another without cracking themselves. Every laugh can change the game, while friendships, rivalries, and unexpected alliances add another layer to the chaos.

Season 2 also sees original showrunner Randolph Longjas return. The series is produced by UXS Inc. (Unitel / Straight Shooters) for Amazon MGM Studios and is based on the Japanese Prime Original “Documental,” created by Hitoshi Matsumoto.

“LOL: Last One Laughing Philippines” Season 2 premieres October 30 on Prime Video in the Philippines and more than 240 countries and territories worldwide.
